I bought these lovely, tall antique French oak shutters from a house near Paris. 

They are in lovely condition and have their original peeling paint. 

They date from the late 1800s. 

Shutters make fantastic decorative items for a home but are also hugely practical for use as wardrobe and cupboard doors.
