It has its incredible ornate real gilt (gold leaf) frame including its ribbon and leaf gilt and gesso crest.
It has its wonderful original bevelled mercury glass with soft foxing. Mercury glass gives a reflection and sparkle like no other and was not used after 1840,
It has all its original backboards.
