Incredible 19th century French gilt mirror in superb condition.
It has a huge amount of ornate detail to its real gilt (gold leaf) on gesso frame including its enormous crest, floral sides and scrolls.
It has its original, heavy mercury glass with no scratches, just light foxing. Mercury glass gives a wonderful sparkle and reflection like no other!
It has all its original backboards.
It is so unusual to find a mirror of this size with such ornate detail in this condition.
