Stunning early 19th century pale French oak wedding armoire in excellent condition.
These armoires were given to married couples on their wedding day for them to store all of their beautiful monogrammed linen.
It has lots of absolutely gorgeous, hand carved detail to its doors, top piece, sides and lovely Louis XV feet.
It is plenty deep enough to hang clothes and has a hanging rail with an oak shelf above and removable shelf below.
It has its lovely original steel hinges, escutcheons and key.
The top piece, doors and shelves will be removed for transportation.
It has been professionally treated for wood worm.
