Beautiful early 19th century French solid oak wedding armoire in excellent condition inside and out.
These armoires were given to married couples on their wedding day to store all their monogrammed linen.
It has a hanging rail with original shelf above.
It has lots of stunning, hand carved detail to the heavy, solid oak doors, top and snail feet and lovely carved panelled sides. It has its original long steel hinges and escutcheons and a key to lock it.
It has been professionally stripped and bleached to reveal the beautiful grain of the antique oak.
It can be delivered in one piece or in several pieces for easy transportation.
